John Steinbeck autograph on El Morocco card

'El Morocco' card with John Steinbeck signature on the reverse.
The previous owner was the violinist at the legendary El Morocco nightclub in New York City during the 1940's. The card was one customers would fill out if they wished to receive the nightclub's newsletter. John Steinbeck is written in pencil in another hand on the address side -- on the back is the author's autograph below the words "with great pleasure."
The card is 3 1/2" x 4 3/4", somewhat age-toned; there are staple marks along the top edge. The signature is in blue ink and very legible.
